Today the official Dragonball Online Website went offline for a few hours so the site could be upgraded and transferred to a brand new server. Netmarble recently revealed the date for the final closed Beta Phase of  DBO and Open Beta. The final closed beta test phase will be held on January 9th from 12AM to 4AM (EST). The Open Beta date has also recently been confirmed by CJ Internet - DBO Open Beta will start on Jan 14th in Korea. CJ Internet Marketing Director Interview CJ Internets marketing director in a recent interview confirmed a few additions to Dragonball Online and explained the real story behind the game. In an article posted on his blog, Li Yanqing, president of online gaming firm China Game, has claimed that Chinese online game operator 9You has signed an agreement with Korean developer CJ Internet to license the Mainland China operating rights to Dragon Ball Online. All in all this was an interesting presentation which revealed aspects of Dragon ball Online which we were currently unaware of. The presentation mainly focused on Intellectual Property (IP), and the relationship between South Korea and Japan when the game was being developed.
